Proper care for wooden items

Our wooden items are natural products and do not require any special care.

Nevertheless, it is recommended to treat the wood as follows:

• After use, always wipe with a damp cloth and thoroughly remove all food residue. Always dry wet wooden items upright so that air can circulate freely around the board.
• Never put in the dishwasher!!!
  
• If you want to avoid strong coloring substances discoloring your wooden product, oil it lightly with fresh, clean cooking oil before using it for the first time. This will make the wood darker, but it will not absorb the color as easily. This will make the board easier to care for and will keep it appetizingly clean for longer.
