General Shipping Information
Shipping is insured. Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
We only ship via Austrian Post. Once your package leaves our store, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment online! Price changes and errors are reserved.
We preserve the right to charge our customers additional costs for unaccepted or undeliverable packages! Even for large orders, we strive to pack the goods securely and carefully. Therefore, it may happen that we have to divide your order into multiple packages, resulting in higher postage costs. In such cases, we will contact you immediately.
For advance payment and self-pickup, we will reserve your desired item for a maximum of 7 days. If we do not receive the payment or the goods are not collected within that time, your order will be canceled without further notice from us. The purchase is legally binding only after the transfer or payment of the invoice amount.

Shipments to non-EU countries are calculated based on weight and zone.
Since the actual weight is not determined at the time of ordering in our online shop, we provide the maximum shipping costs during the order. Once the goods are packed and weighed, you will receive the actual postage costs from us. If you choose payment in advance, you will receive the actual amount to be paid with the payment request. If you have chosen a credit card payment, you authorize the maximum amount during the checkout process, but we will only charge the actual amount incurred with the correct postage.
Customs and import duties for non-EU countries
For deliveries to foreign countries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price and are to be borne by you. We have no control over these fees.
Our online offer is non-binding. Most items are in stock and, unless otherwise stated in the item description, will be shipped within 1 to 3 days (in very rare cases). In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Items that are specially made and ordered for the customer are excluded from this and have a longer delivery time.
We make every effort to keep our online range constantly up to date. Please note that in very rare cases, products can be sold simultaneously in our local store. If products ordered by you are no longer available or only available later, we will contact you immediately to clarify whether you would like to cancel the purchase or choose possible replacement items, or we will inform you of the possible later delivery date. If you have paid by credit card and decide to cancel the order due to non-delivery, we will of course refund the full amount, including shipping costs, to your credit card. In the case of advance payment, you will receive the payment request or proforma invoice for the items actually reserved for you only after availability has been checked (reservation max. 10 days from the transmission of the proforma invoice).
For orders of multiple items with different delivery times, the shipping will be based on the longest delivery time. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. If we are unable to reorder an item, we preserve the right to cancel your order. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
